Services
Since every project is unique, this is only a basic list of some of the services that we provide. Depending on the individual needs of each client we can pull resources from other fields. We can either work with your contractor in providing the wall system for the site built building or modular building or establish a relationship to be your contractor. We find it easier and less expensive for a local contractor to be hired to perform the local site services and work with the permit office. We will work hand in hand with them through the process.
What we provide:
- Estimate
- Manufactured Wall and Roof System
- Modular Buildings (mfg, delivered and setup)
- Engineered prints are provided at your request
- Setup or assist your contractor in the initial setup
- Warranty
The Process:
- Customer, Contractor, Developer or Architect provides the idea or initial drawings
- Specifications are given to factory or developed with factory and include
a) R value requested which determines thickness
b) Wall bearing (up to 5 stories) or curtain wall (no limit on height)
c) Exterior covering that are provided with wall panel are determined (sheathing, hardi-panel, etc)
d) Wind velocity requirements are determined (can meet 150 mph)
f) Plus other details which are address by engineers
- Quote is provided which details with exact details and specifications
- Investment analysis is provided showing benefits, tax credits and savings
- Sale Agreement is executed
- Construction Schedule is agreed to and scheduled by factory
- Contractor submits for permits, completes initial site work and foundations
- Panels or modular buildings are delivered to site and setup
- Interior and exterior finishes.
