Buildings constructed with HPGBS are proven to use 75%** less energy to heat and cool, require smaller HVAC systems and boast insulation ratings of approximately R30 for walls (7" panel) and R50 for roofs (12" panel). These ratings are based on Cellofoam® Technical Data. Energy efficiency and insulating values will vary based on architectural design. HPGBS panels may also be be customized to nearly any thickness or R-Value requested.

Exceptional Design Flexibility
Curved walls, arched openings - HPGBS has exceptional design flexibility and can be used with any type of interior or exterior finish. Panels are custom built to your project's unique characteristics. Nothing is prefabricated. GreenSource provides structural and architectural drawings required for use of our product at no additional expense. Once we receive approval for all detailed, stamped engineering drawings as well as a full set of shop drawings, fabrication can begin.

Reduced Construction Time
Be it for curtain, demising or load-bearing walls, HPGBS panels are ideal for Ground-Up Construction and Building Addition applications for Commercial, Residential or Industrial structures. Our panels are fully engineered and pre-assembled (in sections up to 40 feet) with factory-cut and framed window & door openings and pre-routed horizontal & vertical electrical & plumbing chases for exceptionally fast and easy installation. Further reducing construction timelines, panels can be installed in almost any weather condition.

Stronger Product Characteristics
Use of steel structural members eliminates problems with warping, twisting, moisture, rot and waste associated with conventional wood framing. EPS insulation is effective over a wide range of temperatures, resists moisture, has a high strength to weight ratio, doesn't support bacterial growth (i.e. mold) and is resistant to most acids and alkalis.

Life Cycle Cost Benefits
Reduction in construction costs and resizing the HVAC equipment to a smaller tonnage requirement make HPGBS an economical choice. No lifetime performance reduction with the materials used offers an Owner a lifetime of benefits once built and occupied. Traditional fiberglass insulation settles overtime, effectively decreasing its R-value. the expanded polystyrene (EPS) used in HPGBS panels doesn't breakdown, offering energy savings for the life of the building – not the product.

Technical Data
Our High Performance Green Building System (HPGBS) is constructed of 100% recycled tubular galvanized steel and expanded polystyrene (EPS). Steel has long been the world’s most recyclable material. In addition, EPS possesses inherent cradle-to-cradle design characteristics and is recyclable.

Buildings constructed with HPGBS™ will utilize far less energy than those built using conventional means and methods and because the majority of the material is prefabricated at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility we are able to minimize waste at the jobsite.
